Return and Refund Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy

This policy sets forth the terms and conditions for booking and canceling reservations made through our website for properties managed by our group, except where otherwise specified in the contract.


Cancellation Terms:

1. Standard Rates: You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 30 days (groups) or 48 hours (individuals) prior to your scheduled check-in time.

2. Non-Refundable Rates: Please note that reservations booked under a non-refundable rate are not eligible for a refund in the event of cancellation.

3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the designated cancellation period or a no-show will result in a charge equal to the first night's stay plus applicable taxes.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable for cancellations that meet the terms outlined above.

For issues or discrepancies during a stay, please contact the hotel's front desk immediately to allow them to address and resolve the situation. Refunds for service issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


Process for Cancellation

- To cancel your reservation, please contact us directly at the hotel's front desk email/ phone number with your reservation confirmation number.

- For bookings made through a third-party site (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com), you must contact the original booking platform to process your cancellation.


Process of Refund

- Once your eligible cancellation is confirmed, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.

- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your bank or credit card statement.
